How do I export my invoices? +
You can export your invoices as PDF files directly from the app. Go to the invoice details page and tap the "Export" button. You can also email invoices directly to clients or save them to your device.
Can I customize invoice templates? +
Yes! Premium users have access to multiple professional templates and can customize colors, fonts, and layout. You can also add your business logo and customize the invoice fields to match your needs.
How does the time tracking feature work? +
The time tracking feature allows you to track billable hours for each client or project. Simply start a timer when you begin work, and stop it when you're done. You can then automatically convert tracked time into invoices with your hourly rate.
Is my data secure? +
Absolutely. All your data is stored securely on your device and backed up to iCloud (if enabled). We use industry-standard encryption and never store sensitive business information on our servers without your explicit consent.
Can I use Invoicious offline? +
Yes! Invoicious works completely offline. You can create invoices, manage clients, and track time without an internet connection. Email sending and cloud sync require an internet connection, but all core features work offline.
