While we provide backup options through iCloud integration, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We recommend regularly exporting your data and maintaining offline copies.
We are not liable for any data loss, regardless of the cause. We encourage you to use the built-in export features to maintain your own backups.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoicious and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
We strive to maintain the Service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and business regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period. We recommend exporting your data before termination.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also add new features or modify existing ones. Premium features may require a subscription to access.
